The WorldSkills India Champions Club (WSI-CC) is a national youth leadership platform that brings together India's finest WorldSkills alumni to champion skills excellence, inspire the next generation, and strengthen India's skilling ecosystem.

The Club empowers former competitors to become mentors, advocates, and ambassadors who actively promote vocational excellence, encourage youth participation in skills competitions, and represent India's skills movement at national and international platforms.

Purpose

To create a dynamic network of IndiaSkills and WorldSkills alumni who promote skills excellence, inspire youth, and represent India's skilled talent across the country and the world.

What Champions Do

Members of the WorldSkills India Champions Club will:

• Serve as Skill Ambassadors at schools, ITIs, polytechnics, colleges, career fairs, and youth engagement programmes.
• Mentor IndiaSkills aspirants and support future competitors through guidance and experience sharing.
• Represent youth voices in consultations, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
• Promote skills through digital storytelling by creating engaging content that showcases career opportunities and success stories.

Medallists and participants who have officially represented India at the WorldSkills Competition, WorldSkills Asia Competition, or other WorldSkills International-recognised competitions within the last three WorldSkills Competition cycles.
