Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) conducted its first ever state-level skill competition. The eighteen-day competition recorded over 5,000 registrations by candidates, who competed in 33 skill trades such as plumbing, heating, cloud computing mechatronics, among others. The winner at the state level will be trained for national and global competitions. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia graced the event with his presence and congratulated all winners who participated in the state competition.

- The Opening Ceremony was organised on August 13
- The on-ground qualifying rounds were held from August 16-30
- The Closing Ceremony was on August 30
The winners at the state level will compete in regionals, following which the national-level competition, IndiaSkills, will be held on December 22-29, 2021, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. IndiaSkills winners will represent the country at the coveted WorldSkills Competition that will take place in Shanghai, China in October 2022. The Indian contingent will compete against 1,400 participants from over 60 countries.
